I miss eating at Gus when it was in the city of Long Beach so I came all the way over here just to eat with my family As soon as you come in they welcome you in , it is appreciated the restaurant is nice and clean a great place to come to bring family and friends food is still Amazing like what I remember

Gus is still the best fried chicken I've ever had! The first time I had them was years ago in Little Rock, Arkansas. This time I ordered to-go and although after 3 hours being in the car (due to traffic), the chicken still tasted juicy and crunchy after. I highly recommend to order the fried chicken with fried green tomatoes. You won't be disappointed! About this location, customer service was friendly and efficient. The area where its location is kinda sketchy, but they have several private parking stalls for take-out available.

Whenever I asked for recommendations for food in koreatown, everyone referred me to this place. The fried chicken is AMAZING. I did not expect the fried chicken to be so crispy and juicy. Not only that but the macaroni was extremely delicious. Service wise: The waiter was extremely nice and attentive! Came here on a Friday night. Service:10/10 Food:10/10

Best chichen in LA . The only thing that surpasses the food is the service . Every time my coworker and I pickup were always greeted by Shonna. She's always very nice, courteous, and patience dealing with us, lol.

The chicken is amazing! Super flavorful, good with or without hot sauce The macaroni side was lacking and not what I was expecting. Won't order that again but the collard greens and baked beans are very tasty. Would order again!

I mean how could you not love Gus's? Some of the best fried chicken around - blows many trendy places in LA out of the water. The fried pickles are perfect and stay hot for a very long time. The Mac and cheese is consistently rich and creamy. A little on the expensive side but well worth the price

Some of the best fried chicken in Los Angeles, hands-down. Also, some of the best mac & cheese that I've ever had! They have two locations, this one and another up in Burbank. As you might guess they are famous for their chicken both fried and tenders. They have a ton of great side options to choose from, as well as, delicious sweet tea and desserts. Inside was a lot larger than I was expecting, they have many different sized tables that can host many differentsized groups. Our server was extremely polite and super fast with the drink refills and checking in on us. They have a small free parking lot behind the restaurant, but it was filled with some bad parkers, so I had to find a space on the street, which I was able to do for 6PM Sunday dinner. The chicken is very crispy, but seasoned perfectly and was juicy as it could be. I chose the 3 Piece White Meal which is 2 breasts and 1 wing with baked beans and cole slaw on the side. I also added a side of the Mac N Cheese which was amazing, some of the best I have had in a long time. We also started the meal with Fried Green Tomatoes and Fried Pickles and both were addictingly good. An all-around great spot to have a comfort food meal. The chicken is better than I expected and honestly, I wish I could eat this place all the time. I will definitely be back in the near future because a delicious chicken spot is hard to find.

The service was super friendly and make you want to come back. Great clean environment in the hood. You know you're in the hood when they sell 40oz Budweiser. The parking however, is not so customer friendly, street parking only.
